Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. If you cannot provide cleaning products for the cleans, cleaning products are available (additional fees). Chemicals used are home/pet friendly. Our technicians will need parking, if you do not have free parking, we will ask to cover the parking fees. If your property or business operates in Congestion or ULEZ zone, please be aware that charges may apply.
